Dubai 2010
Dubai is the largest city in the Emirates and home to some spectacular architecture. Students met with the Human Resource managers of the famous Burj Al Arab, the Park Hyatt, The Address, Raffles, the Atlantis, the One&Only Royal Mirage and the Grand Hyatt and a full tour of the Emirates Catering facility.
