Since the launch of the first “César Ritz” Career Development Conference, it has gone from strength to strength, establishing a worldwide recruitment network for hospitality students and alumni. It is a key stepping stone to successful careers. Students meet with leading hospitality recruiters, attend presentations and interview for a variety of positions, all in just one weekend!
