ANNUAL ALUMNI REUNION IN SWITZERLAND IN MAY 2012

We are pleased to invite you to the Annual Alumni Reunion in Switzerland taking place at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland from 30 May to 2 June 2012.

PROGRAMME (Subject to change)

Wednesday 30 May 2012, Le Bouveret Campus:
18:00   Welcome and dinner in the Lakeview Restaurant

Thursday 31 May 2012, Le Bouveret Campus:
10:00   Selected alumni in Classes (others are free)
11:30   Lunch in the Lakeview Restaurant
13:00   Official Opening and presentation of the Swiss Education Group
14:00   General Alumni Meeting
15:15   Coffee Break
15:45   Visit of the new building
18:00   Aperitif and Banquet organised by the students in honour of the graduates - César Ritz fine dining
Later   ‘Underground’ bar and lounge

Friday 1 June 2012, Brig Campus:
09:15   Coffee and croissants at César's Lounge
10:00   Departure to Brig by coach
12:00   Lunch at the Brig Campus
13:00   Competition – fun activity alumni/students (mixed groups)
from 15:30   Refreshments in T&X
15:30   Meeting with Chapter Presidents (for Chapter Presidents only, others are free)
18:30   Barbecue for alumni, students and staff - organised by the students
Later   CHAOS Student Bar

Saturday 2 June 2012, Excursion to Lucerne (day at your own expense) :
11:20   Departure from Brig (by train)
14:00   Free time for sightseeing in Lucerne
17:00   Tour of the new César Ritz campus
18:30   Farewell Dinner in Lucerne - Official Closing

We are happy to inform you that César Ritz Colleges will offer all meals taken on campuses to graduates attending the reunion. Should you only wish to participate in the functions at your campus, please feel free to do so, and indicate this accordingly on the registration form.

If you need accommodation during your stay, please make your own hotel reservations as early as possible.
